 Greening The Supply Chain Event Draws Over 200 Executives at Maryland Forum MD-AEP

MD-AEP Draws Attention to Philippines Watershed on Earth Day Over 50 Stakeholder from the Philippines government, business and NGO community joined together with the Maryland-Asia Environmental
Partnership, the Water Environment Association of the Philippines and the San Pablo Water District in celebration of Earth
Day in the Philippines.

President Peter Gourlay presents $2500 donation from Maryland area well wishers to Dr. Alma Madrazo, past president of
the Water Environment Association of the Philippines during a 2008 Earth Day tree planting ceremony at the Malabanban

 MD-AEP Recognized at Singapore's International Water Week MD-AEP President Peter Gourlay seen here
with Professor Tommy Koh, Singapore Ambassador-At-Large, on the opening day of Singapore International Water Week. MD-AEP signed a letter
of cooperation with the Singapore Public Utilities Board (PUB) to support their recent June 23-27 global water summit
and was recognized as one of the twelve international "supporting organizations" of the event. As
part of MD-AEP's Asia Water Management Initiative, we will be hosting an Asia Water Management and Technology Forum on October 23 in Maryland to help mobilize U.S.-based expertise for Asia's water needs.
 Singapore Emerging as Asia's "HydroHub" Singapore has positioned itself to be a
key test-bed for new technologies and resources to help address Asia's Water needs. It has become a global
hub allowing companies from all parts of the world to congregate, to exchange models and methodology and financial capital.
